This is a Letter of Understanding for Geologic Risk. The applicant and/or the owner of the site,
understands and accepts the risk of developing in a potentially unstable area and that the
applicant and/or the owner will advise, in writing, any prospective purchasers of the site, or any
prospective purchasers of structures or portions of structures on the site, of the unstable
potential of the area, if any. A Geotechnical report will be prepared to determine the geologic
suitability of any proposed residential development.
