THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Lot 6 House- Foundation Excavation:
Prior to our arrival the contractor filled for Lot 6 house foundation. Fill material consisted of gravelly sand with some silt.
AESI observed and assessed the subgrade with a ½” diameter steel probe. Fill appeared to be uncompacted at the time of
our site visit. AESI recommends compacting the subgrade to a firm, unyielding condition.
AESI departed the site in the PM and will return upon request.
