This letter will serve as authorization to partially release $9,057.50 of the Assignment of Funds being held in
account #1467687 at Columbia Bank issued to Philip Nelson of Talbot Road LLC. These items were posted to
the City of Renton on behalf of the Talbot and 55th AKA Teravista project. Enclosed is a copy of the original
Assignment of Funds for your reference.
Please provide a new Assignment of Funds that shows a new remaining balance of $6,000 that will be held
on file at the City of Renton for the remaining wetland monitoring period.
