The environmental Review Committee
has Issued a Determination of Non -Sig-
nificance (DNS) for the following non.
Prolect under the authority of the
Renton municipal code:
Stormwater Facility Retrofit Study
LUA32.000040, ECF
Location: Citywide. A Non.Pralect
Environmental (SEPA) Review Is being
requested for a Stormwater Retrofit
Study. The city received a grant from
the Washington State Department of
Ecology (DOE) to perform a study of
many of the existing flow control facili-
ties that have little or no water quality
treatment features. The purpose of the
Study Is to Identify and prioritize the
sites with the greatest Potentlal to
Improve water quality.
A 14•duy appeal period will follow the
Issuance of the DNS. More Information
regarding the appeal process may be
obtained from the Renton City Clerk's
Office, (425) 430-6510 or city-
clerk®rentonwo.cov. Per WAC197-11-
340(2)(c) any person, affected tribe, or
agency may submit comments to the
City within fourteen days of the date of
Issuance of the DNS. Please submit
