The mural size is approximately 27’x14’ which will take up the entire back alley wall (see first attachment).
I confirmed with the muralist, he is using a high grade exterior paint that will meet that expectation for at least 10 years.
It is Sherwin Williams-Resilience Exterior Paint.
I am an authorized representative of the owner. I am awaiting a signed letter reflecting that information, to send to you.
To avoid confusion, my legal name is Ingrid Tessa Mitchell. I use my middle name and only go by Tessa.

I am Andrew Van Gordon and am a planner with the City of Renton. I will be the project manager for this proposal.
Please see pre-screen comments below.
Master Application
The Affidavit of Ownership indicates that Ingrid Tessa Mitchell is both the owner and the authorized
representative. It appears that Ms. Mitchell is acting as representative for the property owner but is not the
owner of the property. Please provide proof of authorization from Wasatch Premier Burnett LLC that Ingrid
Tessa Mitchell can act as authorized representative.
Exemption Criteria
One of the criteria for exemption is that the design be of sufficient durability so as to have a life expectancy of at
least 10 years. Please identify how the mural will meet this requirement.
Renton Municipal Arts Commission
Please provide the application packet and grant award recognition from the Arts Commission.
Drawings
Please provide the dimensions of the mural.
Please find attached the pre-submittal waiver form.
