Writing on behalf of my husband Alfred D Spears and myself. This isa comment in addition to our previous one. I want to stress thefollowing. 1. Hideous building in the backyard that will deter buyersin the future from buying our home. If I were in the market to buyand saw another 1000sqft building in the back yard, I would not buyit. Its sad because we have worked so hard to maintain a beautifulhome. 2. While the Hyodo's were remodeling the house, we had to onseveral occasions knock on the door and tell the builders to stop thenoise, it was 10pm at night. This went on for weeks and it was a dailyoccurrence. Based on what I understand, the building and noise canstart at 7am-7pm This is not acceptable. 3. We have been in our homefor 26 years and have enjoyed a beautiful view of the Olympics, thatview will be gone. Has there be any consideration to that? It seemsunfair. 4. We have a great neighborhood, we have become not justneighbors but friends, who care about each other. This has caused usso much stress which we do not need especially now. We are beyondupset and do not want this in our neighborhood. These ADU's need tobe built away from established neighborhoods and houses that sit onleast an acre of land.
