KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal cc -oration, is the owner of
an easement acquired from THE BR�O U�-INC dated on 'larch 16. 1988, rear .ed under King County
Recording Number M161QQ1i records of King Canny. State of Washington:
Tie City of Renton releases utility easement rights as described in Exhibit A attached hereto;
The City of Renton retains utility easement rights as described in Exhibit B attached hereto.
But th;_ ,elease shall not impair the easement rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording Number
9803161006, as to the eminent therein described not hereby released. Except as explicitly released by this
document the remaining City Easement rights shall remm in full force and effect.
Correction: The legal description contained within King County Recording Number 8803161006 is am_uded by
Exhibit B of this document.
