SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
The City of Renton ("City"), grantee under the Deed of Dedication ("Dedication") recorded
under King County Auditor's File No. 9803250371. for good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, agrees that all of the City's right, title and
interest under the Dedication are subject and subordinate to all right, title and interest of Puget
Sound Energy, Inc. ("PSE") under that certain easement granted and conveyed to PSE by
Longacres Park, Inc. recorded under King County Auditor's File No. 9904221878.
