Conditional Use Permit Application - Sounders FC Center at Longacres
Unico Longacres South Building LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Unico Longacres South
Campus Land LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Unico Longacres Central Drainage LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company (collectively, “Owners”), are the owners of the real property that is
the subject of the above-referenced Conditional Use Permit application. The Owners understand and
accept the risk of developing in an unstable area. The Owners will advise, in writing, any prospective
purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or portions of structures on the site, of
the unstable potential of the area.
