RE: Shoreline exemption at 3719 Lake Washington Blvd N for Kevin Lindahl;
Dear Staff:
Please see attached site/dock plan and master application for a dock repair/request for shoreline
exemption at the above listed address. The scope of the project has been reduced to sleeving two
moorage piles as shown on attached plans. Work to be done from work barge with an estimated
repair/construction cost is $5,775 (see attached cost estimate from Lakeside Construction.
Construction). Pile work is anticipated upon completion of permitting (shoreline exemption and
Hydraulic Project Approval).
The proposal is simply to reinforce/strengthen the existing piles, restoring them to their original
condition, and there will be no change to the size, shape, location, configuration of the dock, etc.
We request a formal statement of exemption from the City confirming that the work is exempt
from the shoreline substantial development requirement pursuant to WAC 173-27-040(2)(b).
