COMMUNITYCENTERCOMMISSIONINGSERVICESCAG19Ͳ180
THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyasSeptember27,2022,isbyandbetween
theCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andPerformanceValidation,
Inc(“Consultant”)anIndianaCorporationlicensedtodobusinessinWashington(dbaWelsh
Commissioning).TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentas
the“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdate
signedbybothparties.
Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ19Ͳ180,dated
June17,2019,toprovidecommissioningservicesfortheFamilyFirstCommunityCenter(referred
tohereinasthe“Agreement”);
Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceandthe
compensationinordertocompleteremainingwork.
NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ19Ͳ180isamendedasfollows:
1.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedpursuanttothe
schedule(s)setforthinExhibitAͲ2.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanApril30,
2024.
2.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountof
compensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$3,390.00from$32,500.00to
$35,890.00,plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensation
shallbepaidbaseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramounts
specifiedinExhibitAͲ2whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.
3.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand
effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif
fullysetforthherein.
