MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
September 9, 2022

Absent: Rhea Kimble, Robert Wilson
Location: Virtual meeting via Zoom
Call to order: The meeting was called to order at B:00 a.m.
Unfinished business: Appointment of Dan Clawson as Board President and Robert Wilson as Board
Secretary
The Board previously met to consider the matter on September 6,2022. No decisions was reached and
the meeting was adjourned.
At the meeting on September 9, 2022, the attending Board members, consistinB of a quorum pursuant
to the Bylaws of the Renton Historical Society, voted to appoint Dan Clawson as Renton Historical
Society Board President and Robert Wilson as Renton Historical Society Board President.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:15 a.m.
Approval of Minutes: These Min utes were approved on October 19,2022 by a quoru m of Board
Members.
