A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on November 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM by
means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

LUA22-000262, ECF, SP
Location: 720 S 55th St (APN 3123059125) The applicant is requesting a Special Fill and Grade Permit in order to
allow unpermitted grading and land clearing on the site at 720 S 55th St. Work included approximately 36,720 feet
of ground disturbance, 233 cubic yards cut, and 831 cubic yards of fill.
