Dear Nathan:
On behalf of MainVue WA LLC, we are formally submitting for Final Short Plat approval for the Edenfield
short plat. We have revised the plans for the above-referenced project in accordance with your third pre-
submittal comments received October 27, 2022. The preliminary short plat was approved on July 1, 2019.
An extension was granted on December 9, 2021, for the preliminary short plat to remain valid through
January 3, 2023.
Enclosed are the following documents for your review and approval:
1. Signed Land Use Permit Master Application Form
2. Signing Authority documentation for Vanessa Normandin on behalf of MainVue Homes
3. Final plat checklist
4. Final Short Plat Map prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. dated October 31,
2022
5. Title Report prepared by First American Title Insurance Co. dated October 7, 2022
6. Lot Closure Calculations
7. Articles of Incorporation for the Edenfield Homeowners Association
8. Draft Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Edenfield
9. Confirmation of Compliance with all Conditions of Plat Approval
10. Draft Deed of Right-of-Way Dedication and REETA
11. Draft Declaration of Covenant for Inspection and Maintenance of Drainage Facilities and On-
site BMPs
12. Final Short Plat Application Fee (Will be paid upon invoice)
