RE: Substantial Completion of Water Mains and Hydrants
This letter is to inform you that King County Water District No 90 has reviewed the
Sumpter Plat Water System, including main and service connections. The District has
found that the water mains and all appurtenances are installed, operational, and installed
to the District specifications.
