ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
No sediment was observed leaving the site. While onsite, AESI observed some silt fencing knocked down and sediment
trackout. AESI notified the contractor and recommended repairing the silt fencing around the perimeter of the site,
adding additional silt socks in the catch basins off of 111th Ave, and sweeping the roads to clear the sediment.
