AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT FOR LASERFICHE
QUICKFIELDS AND PLATINUM SUPPORT HOURS
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as November 07, 2022, is by and between
the City of Renton (the "City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and Cities Digital
("Consultant"), Cities Digital, Inc .. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the "Parties." Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as
of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-18-084, dated
May 15, 2018, to provide necessary services for the Laserfiche RIO Upgrade (referred to herein
as the "Agreement");
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add Quick Fields Agent, Quick Fields
Context, and Platinum Support Package.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-18-084 is amended as follows:
1.Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add Quick Fields Agent, Quick
Fields Context, and Platinum Support Package (80 hours) as specified in Exhibits A-6, B-6,
and C-6 Quotes, which are attached and incorporated herein.
2.Time of Performance: Section 3, Time of Performance, Vendor shall Provide Quick Fields
licensing within 30 days of the Amendment's execution.
3.Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $40,307.60, including applicable
state and local sales taxes (Exhibit A-6, Year 1 cost of $12,226.60 for Laserfiche Quick
Fields Agent (QFA), Exhibit B-6, Year 1 cost of $12,226.60 for Laserfiche Quick Fields
Context license, and Exhibit C-6, Year 1 cost of 15,854.40 for Platinum Support Package
hours). The additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually performed
according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibits A-6, B-6, and C-6 Quotes, which
are attached and incorporated herein.
Recurring Costs: In addition to the initial Year 1 costs listed above, the City has the option
to renew the Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent (QFA) and Laserfiche Quick Fields Context
maintenance annually as identified in Exhibits A-6 and B-6 respectively. The amount of
each renewal shall be $2,000, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes, for the first

three years starting May 23 rd 2023. Recurring costs after the initial three years shall not
exceed an increase of 3% year over year unless otherwise agreed by both Parties.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
