THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Associated Earth Sciences Inc. (AESI) was onsite in the morning to observe progress on detention facilities #1A and #1B and water
line backfill.
Detention Facilities #1A and #1B
Facility #1A had stormwater chambers in place, ACF West was sealing connections and end caps. Geotextile had been placed atop
the levelling pad below the storage chambers and distribution manifold in accordance with detail 2 / C2.10. Geotextile used is
woven ADSPLUS 175, which is heavier than specified for facility #1A but is as specified for Facility#2 which has not yet been started.
Facility #1B had the liner and liner protection geotextiles in place, and placement of the base rock below the storage chambers was
underway.
Water Line Progress
Water line installation continued today as shown in the sketch below. The first lift of fill was placed in approximately 10 feet of trench
during our site visit and appeared firm and unyielding based on hand probe observations.
