THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Associated Earth Sciences Inc. (AESI) was onsite in the afternoon to observe progress on detention facilities #1A and #1B.
Detention Facilities #1A and #1B
AESI observed, that installation of base aggregate had been completed and placement of stormwater chambers was underway in
Facility #1B. In Facility #1A, CDC had completed placement of aggregate around and 0.5’ above stormwater chambers. CDC informed
AESI that a plate compactor had been used to compact the top 0.5’ of aggregate and a Telebelt was used for aggregate placement.
The installation of geotextile fabric over the top of the aggregate was partially completed. See Figure 1 for location of observed
areas.
