IN SCHOOLS OF RENTON-TUKWILA, THE CITY OF RENTON, AND
THE RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT
THIS AMENDMENT, datedfor reference purposes only as November 18, 2022,is by and between
the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, the Renton School District
(“the School District”), and Communities in Schools of Renton-Tukwila (“CISR”). The City, the
School District, and CISR are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once
fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both
parties.
Whereas, the City and the Renton School District engaged the services of CISR under Agreement
CAG-18-200, dated September 18, 2018, to provide services and support for students within the
Renton School District through the three-party agreement between Communities in Schools of
Renton-Tukwila, the City of Renton, and the Renton School District (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties the parties previously amended the Agreement to extend the time of
performance and now wish to amend the Agreement again to change the scope of work and
change the time for performance in order to extend the agreement for two more years.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-18-200 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 4, City Obligations, is amended to remove copying services and
office/storage space so that Subsection 4.2 reads as follows:
4.2. The City will provide in-kind operating support for CISR, including, but not
limited to, the following:
4.2.1. Mutually agreed share of mailing and printing, and
4.2.2. Telecommunication services.
2.Time of Performance:Section 2, General Provisions, is amendedto extend the agreement
by two years pursuant to Section 2.4. All Work shall be performed by no later than
December 31, 2024.

3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
