the final mylars to King County for recording.
Please note the recording of the lot line adjustment map alone does not transfer ownership of
property. If necessary, prepare and record a deed transferring ownership of the portion of land
depicted in the lot line adjustment map. We recommend that the legal description for this
document be prepared by a surveyor. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure this document

Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have the
following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton land use action number and land record number,LUA-00-077-LLA and
LND-30-0209,respectively, on the drawing. The type size used for the land record number should
be smaller than that used for the land use action number.
The City of Renton official signing this document is the City of Renton Administrator of
Planning/Building/Public Works,not the Director.
Change the reference to the year("19_")to 2000 in the"Recorder's Certificate"block.
Note the addresses of the two lots on the drawing.
The City of Renton no longer requires legal descriptions for the new lots,therefore, said legals were
not reviewed.
Remove the"APPROVAL NOTES"block. This block does not apply to the City of Renton.
Provide a bearing to center, or note that the southerly lot line of Lot A and/or the northwesterly lot
line of Lot B is radial to the curve.
The distance along Shattuck Ave S,from S 22nd Place to the easterly extension of the south line of
Lot 23, is incorrect.

&26 of the plat of Valley View Estates as shown on the attached drawings.
The purpose of this lot line adjustment is to allow a wider and more useful property
dimension on lot 26 without jeopardizing the lot dimensions or over all size of lot 25.
