404230-404287, 404289-404569; payroll benefit withholding vouchers 6979-6984,
6986-6991, 404221-404229, and 2 wire transfers.
2. Payroll —total payment of $1,887,758.28 for payroll vouchers that include 642 direct
deposits and 11 checks (10/16/2022-10/31/2022 pay period).
3. Kidder Mathews vouchers 1270-1290 totaling $32,846.00.
4. Municipal Court vouchers 018134-018160 totaling $32,112.78.

Amendment No. 7 to CAG-11-176 with Community Connectivity Consortium for Project
Agreement 80
(Referred on November 14, 2022)
The Finance Committee recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to enter Project Agreement 80, with the Community Connectivity
Consortium, at a cost of $150/year to the City of Renton, for upgrade of existing 1 GE services
to 10 GE.
The Committee further recommends that the resolution regarding this matter be presented for
adoption.

Agreement with Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission
(Referred on November 21, 2022)
The Finance Committee recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a three-year interagency agreement with the
Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, for the reimbursement of salary and
benefits for the provision of one training officer's (Officer Myers) time while working at the
Basic Law Enforcement Academy.

Interagency Agreement between the Renton Police Department and
the Washington Traffic Safety Commission
(Referred on November 21, 2022)
The Finance Committee recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to approve the
interagency agreement with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission to receive up to
$17,000 in grant funds to conduct multi -jurisdictional, high visibility enforcement traffic safety
emphasis patrols in support of Target Zero priorities of reducing traffic -related deaths and
serious injuries.

Human Services Funding Recommendations for 2023-2024

The Finance Committee recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to approve the
Renton Human Services Advisory Committee's 2023-2024 human services funding
recommendations to 64 programs in the amount of $812,000 annually and to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agency agreements subject to approval to legal form.
