2.The purpose of this amendment is to initiate listed changes below:
Funds not expended for StartUp425 in 2022 will carry over to 2023. Funds allocated towards StartUp425 may
be spent to hire a consultant to assess past programming, summarize findings, and implement
recommendations for future programming in 2023. All proposed work is planned to be done in intentional
partnership with other regional and local services (including the cities of Kirk land, Redmond, Renton, Issaquah,
Bellevue).
Except as provided herein, the above referenced contract remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
