SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT, datedfor reference purposes only as November 21, 2022, is by and between
the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Tripepi Smith
(“Consultant”), a California corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively
in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is
effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-21-222, dated
August 30, 2021, to provide necessary communications services (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the time for performance and
change the compensation in order to extend the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-21-222 is amended as follows:
1.Time of Performance:The Agreement is amended to extend the time of performance. All
Work shall be performed by no later than December 31, 2023.
2. Compensation: The Agreement is amended so that the rate of compensation payable to
Consultant is increased effective September 21, 2022. The new rates shall be paid based
upon Work actually performed starting on September 21, 2022 according to the rate(s)
or amounts specified under the column “Hourly - 22-23” in Exhibit A-1, which is attached
and incorporated herein.
3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

EXHIBIT A-1 - COST PROPOSAL
Tripepi Smith proposes to execute this agreement on a time and materials (T&M)
engagement for the duration of the project. The City can extend the engagement
following completion of this arrangement if desired. Tripepi Smith will work with the City
to establish a term for this agreement.

provided.
