Financials System
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-01-057 with Tyler
Technologies, Inc. This Amendment approves payment of Invoice # 045-400406, in the
amount of $99,254.08, for our annual maintenance renewal of Eden Financials System
between 01/01/2023 and 12/31/2023.
Eden is the city’s primary Financial and Human Resources Management system used
throughout the organization.
