This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-19-336 with
Motorola Solutions, Inc. This Amendment approves payment of Invoice # 8230381652,
in the amount of $3,303.00, for annual maintenance of CrimeReports.com from
10/05/2022 – 10/04/2023.
The Police Department uses CrimeReports.com to allow citizens to log police reports
online.
