DRAINFIELD EASEMENT
The undersigned, owners of the following described land located in King
County, Washington, to wit:
Parcel 277, S. 4, Township 23, Range 5, 04 2305 9277
do hereby define, declare and dedicate the following easement: an easement over,
across, and under that portion of the property described as follows: starting in the
Northwest corner of Parcel A thence South 15' thence East running parallel to the
North property line for 88' thence South 49' thence West 5' thence South 56'
thence East 5' thence South 50' to the South property line thence Easterly along
the South property line for 112.5' thence Northerly to the North property line to a
point that is 70' from the Northeast corner thence Westerly 175' back to the
starting of the easement— said easement.
Said easement is for the purpose of the installation and maintenance of the
drainfield portion of an on-site sewage disposal system to serve the following
described property:

Grantors: Kevin W. Hoffmann and Anita M. Hoffmann
See attached legal description. •
The ground must be restored to its original condition after any installation,
maintenance or repair is performed.

Beginning at the northeast corner of said tract; thence south 01°07'28" west
30 feet, being the true point of beginning; thence continuing south
01°07'28" west 594.45 feet; thence north 88°14'32" west 315.00 feet;
thence north 01°07'28" east 115.46 feet; thence on a curve 'to the right
having a radius of 271.60 feet, a distance of 54.85 feet; thence south
88°19'25" east 193.74 feet;thence north 09°45'05" west 432.56 feet;
thence south 88°19'25" east 197.34 feet to the point of beginning. Except

NOW, THEREFORE, the grantor agrees and covenants that said grantor, heirs,
successors and assigns will not construct or maintain or suffer to be constructed or
maintained within the easement area, any structures, roads, driveways, or trails for
vehicular traffic; and shall not excavate or compact the natural soil within this
area.
These covenants shall run with the land and shall be binding upon all parties
having or acquiring any right, title or interest in the land described herein or any
part thereof
