Appeals of either the environmental det,�,mination [RCW 43.21.0075(3), WAC 197-11-6801 and/or the
land use decision must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 PM March 27, 2000. If no appeals are filed by
this date, both actions will become final. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required
$75,00 application fee with: Hearing Fxpminer, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA
93055. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by rity o Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110.
