A meeting with the applicant has been scheduled for a-'eC P/`1 , Thursday,

Hall). If th meeting is scheduled at 10:00 AM, the MEETING MUST BE CONCLUDED
PRIOR TO 11:00 AM to allow time to prepare for the 11:00 AM meeting.
Please review the attached project plans prior to the scheduled meeting with the
applicant. You will not need to do a thorough "permit level" review at this time. Note
only major issues that must be resolved crior to formal land use and/or building permit
application submittal.
Please submit your written comments to at at least two
