d. Proposed measures to reduce or control surface, ground, or runoff
water impacts, if any:
The new drainage systems for Phases 1 and 11 will collect the small
amounts of storm water run-off, and will connect to the existing campus
storm water system with outlet control structure.

proposed outdoor play areas will be removed. Existing trees wili be
retained and protected.

preserve or enhance vegetation on the site, if any:
Proposed landscaping will cover portions of the play area and adjacent
areas. See Concepteal Landscape Plan, sheet L1.0, submitted as part of
F-nv,;ronmental and Site Plan Review submittals.
