Beginning at the intersection of the west margin extended of

St.; thence N89°49'01'W along the said north margin of S. W.
19th St. 34.30 feet to the point of curvature of the corner
radius and the true point of beginning; thence n,rtheasterly
along a curve to the left, halting a radius of 35.00 feet
through a central angle of 88 50'43' an arc distance of
54.27 feet to the point of tangency of the corner radius;
thence S45°45138"W 49.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning.
