ARTICLE 15. NOTICES
15.1 Notices. All notices, demands, consents and reports provided for in this Agreement shall
be in writing and shall be given to the Owner or Manager at the address set forth below or at such other
address as they individually may specify thereafter 111 writing:

Such notice or other communication may be mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and may be deposited in a United States Post Of lice or a depositoryfar the
receipt of mail regularly maintained by the Post Office. Such notices, demands, consents .end reports may
also be delivered by hand, by telecopy, by overnight courier service or by any other method or means
permitted by law. For purposes of this Agreement, notices will be deemed to have been given upon receipt
whether giver. by personal delivery, telecopy, overnight courier service, the United States mails or otherwise
as provided above.
ARTICLE 16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 No Assip-nment This Agreement and all rights hereunder shall not be assignable by either
party hereto (except as may be required by a surety company in a matter of subrogation and to any party
holding a mortgage lien,on a Property) and except that Manager may assign this Agreement to any affiliate of
