RE: Varma Short Plat LUA21-000139
Dear Ms. Weihs,
We, Kushal Varma and Kajal Ram, sole owners of the parcels associated with the approved Varma Short
Plat (Renton Permit number LUA-21-000139) no longer wish to proceed with the approved
development. Parcel # 366450-0205 will remain in its current condition until such time as we decide
how best to proceed. Parcel # 366450-0185 has an active building permit application with the City of
Renton (PR21000032 / B2100376) that we wish to proceed with. We are aware that proceeding with
the building permit will require modification of the site plan to comply with the current regulations and
have those changes in process.
The future development of both involved parcels, except the above-mentioned building permit
application has not been determined at this time, but we are aware that all of the then-current rules
and regulations will apply to all land use proposals. We are also aware that all approvals, decisions and
agreements associated with the above-mentioned short plat will be null and void heretofore.
Please let us know if you have any remaining questions regarding this matter or simply confirm receipt if
you have been provided all of the information you need.
