Construction Mitigation Description
Construction Hours:
The contractor shall work during normal weekday work hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm to reduce disruption to the
adjacent properties. Work outside of this time schedule shall be limited to emergency repairs only.
Construction Site Access:
The contractor shall access the construction area through the existing shared parking lot for the shopping center. This
will minimize any additional noise for the adjacent properties.
Construction Noise:
Construction noise is typically mitigated using noise attenuation devices installed on the heavy equipment.
Construction noise will also be limited to the Construction Hours noted above.
Construction Dust Suppression:
In order to mitigate dust during construction, the contractor shall water down the construction areas or use other dust
suppression methods as required for the level of dust disturbance and weather conditions.
