SUBJECT:Lawbase Annual Maintenance Renewal
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-10-110 with
Synaptec Software, Inc. This Amendment approves payment of invoice numbers 5583
and 5566, in the amount of $3,100.00 ($2,160.00 and $940.00) for the Annual
Maintenance Renewal of Lawbase.
The City Attorney Prosecutor’s office and the Courts use this software as a case
management system to prepare and manage prosecution cases.
Attached are the following documents:
1. Amendment No. 4 to CAG-10-110 for invoices 5583 and 5566.
