Basis for Exemption: This project falls under the exemption "normal maintenance or repair of existing structures or developments, including damage by accident, fire or elements." It is definitely maintenance because a building's roofing must be repaired or replaced on a regular basis. Name of Adjacent Water Area: Cedar River.
