Staff report: The proposed use would be a reasonable exten- sio of the existing business to the south and would be in 1 agreement with the Comprehensive Plan. Chairman Garrison asked if there were any objections or comments relative to :this rezone. Staff report : The proposed use would be an extension of a 'business use in an presently zoned R-4 . The Comprehensive Plan indicates high density residential use in this area. The proposed rezoning to L41, therefore, would not be in . compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. Slides of the area were shown. Chairman Garrison invited comments from the audience, Mr. Chuck Mattaini stated he was not representing the applicant, who was not able to make this meeting, but he understood that the uses were for a lubrication building, and for business park- ing. It is possible that the lubrication structure could be moved to another part of the property, and possibly a permit could be given for the parking , which would not be in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan. City Attorney Shellan stated that 'rezoning must be in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan.
