To our knowledge', the legal description was proofread by both the Planning :;;1 ' and Engineering staffs prior to approval of the ordinance primarily ' '1 with reference to the correctness as compared with the original legal description submitted on the rezone application. Unfortunately, the '` proposed ordinances are not always submitted to the Planning and :J Engineering Departments for review early enough to allow sufficient 1 time for the proofreading and corrections if necessary. We recom- mend, if it is at all possible, that additional time 'be allowed for i review to avoid the last minute rush. • i , } ..._. may . . r • • • .• • • „ • • •• • • •6th revd, • • • \vPiA7 / Sciptember 69 1967 4// • • • Mr. O.
