The neighboring properties are zoned as single-family. The proposed staging area is flat and is covered by grass. There will be no trees removed as part of the staging area. The staging area will be approximately 70 feet wide (east to west)by 130 feet long(north to south). This staging area will be utilized to store construction materials (utility pipes, manholes, aggregates, etc.) for the Aberdeen Avenue NE Utility Improvement project. There are no proposed off-site improvements proposed as part of this staging area. There will be a small, portable job shack onsite for the duration of the project. Construction is scheduled to begin in late October and end in early April. The site will be hydro-seeded at the end of the project. Construction Mitigation A crushed rock or hogs-fuel material to minimize dust and help control the formation of mud during rains will cover the staging area. The work times for the project are 7:00am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
