This matter was continued from Sept, 22 at the request of the Applicants , The Applicants requested that action be postponed for an indefinite period pending a detailed study of the area in question and its potential future development. It was moved by Denzer, seconded by Racanello , that this matter be continued for an additional 30 days, In the discussion that followed , Mr. Magstadt stated that this area was originally rezoned to B-1 , but had reverted . back to R-1 , according to the reversion clause in effect at that time. Also, some problems have arisen ' in regard tb platting. The Ap. plicants have asked for more time to Work out their problems , Planning Director Ericksen stated that in studying the area in question, he does not feel that the entire area should be re- zoned to B=10 Mr, Denzer with consent of second amended his motion to grant the Applicants an additional 60 days time.
