FURTHER DISCUSSION followed relative to the suitability of the L-1 uses , if. this rezoning,. granted. Also discussed was the possiblity of granting a special permit for the parking. Mr. Ericksen stated it was his understanding that parking might be allowed in R-4 if proper setbacks and screening were provided. i.' Staff report: The proposed R-1 zoning would conform with the adjacent residential uses and lto sizes , and would be in agreement with the Comprehensive Plan. (Property owner has also agreed to dedicate 15 ' on the west side of said property for street right of way. ) The Chairman asked if there were any objections or comments relative to this request.
