An appeal Hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on September 23, 2008 at 1:30
p.m. to consider the following petitions:

LUA08-084, AAD
Location: 559 Windsor Place NE. Appeal of the administrative decision of the Notice and
Order declaring the residential structure a dangerous building.
Legal descriptions of the files noted above are on file in the City Clerkâs Office, Seventh Floor, City Hall,
Renton. All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their opinions.
