PROJECT NAME: Kelsey's Crossing Preliminary Plat
PROJECT NUMBER: LUA08-069, ECF, PP
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review and
Preliminary Plat approval for the subdivision of a 2.13 -acre (92,637 sq. ft.) parcel into 13-lots for the
eventual development of single -family residences, with tracts for recreation (Tract B) and stormwater
(Tract C). The project site is generally flat and slopes to the east and south. This project is vested to
King County regulations and is being processed in the City of Renton. King County applicable zoning
is R-6. The proposed density would be approximately 6 -dwelling units per gross acre. Lots range in
size from 3,835 to 6,013 sq. ft. The site would be accessed off of 120th Avenue SE to a proposed
internal street (Road A). Lots 8 -13 would be accessed off proposed internal street (Road A) via a
private access tract (Tract A).
