NOTICE OF APPEAL HEARING

An appeal Hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on December 2, 2008 at 9 a.m. to
consider the following petitions:
Miller Unfit Dwelling Appeal
LUA08-124, AAD
Location: 16855 125th Avenue SE. Appeal of adminstrative determination requiring
property owner to demolish the unfit building.
Legal descriptions of the files noted above are on file in the City Clerkâs Office, Seventh Floor, City Hall,
Renton. All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their opinions.
