A Public Hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on August 7, 2007 at 9:00 AM to
consider the following petitions:
Modification to Street & Access Standards Appeal
LUA07-061, AAD
Location: 720 S. 55th Street, Renton WA 98055. Description: Appeal of administrative
denial of request for modification to development street standards for proposed short plat
of five to seven single family residential lots.
All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their opinions. Questions
