NOTICE OF SEPA APPEAL HEARING
RENTON HEARING EXAMINER
RENTON, WASHINGTON
A Hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh floor of
Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on February 27, 2007 at 9:00 AM to
consider the following petitions:
Highlands Land Use & Zoning Package SEPA Appeal
LUA06-128, R, ECF
Location: Highlands Study Area. The study area is located in the vicinity of Sunset Blvd.
NE and Edmonds Avenue (to the west) and Monroe Avenue (to the east).
Description: This hearing will review the SEPA appeals to a non-project action that
includes changes to the following zoning and land use plans for the Highlands Subarea:
1. Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments
2. Zoning Code Text Amendments
3. Comprehensive Plan Map amendments
4. Zoning Map amendments .
