The formula contained in my spreadsheet, which summarizes the fees from our specialty consultants, was corrupted for the Commissioning Agent. The proposal made by the Walsh Commissioning Group(WCG),attached to our summary, clearly identified their fee for commissioning of the building systems as$20,740. My summary only carried forward the 10% mark-up($2,074)and neglected to account for the costs of the actual services. Due to this latent formula error, our agreement currently does not have fees to cover the needed consulting services. I request that an Amendment be made to our agreement in the amount of$20,740 to provide building systems commissioning. Thank you very much for your attention to this request. Respectful ly, v""'.
