ADDENDUM TO THE DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN BergerABAM AND THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGT4N
This addendum is entered into between the City af Renton and BergerABAM amends
and attaches to and is part of the existing agreement entered into previously between
the parties on March 29, 2017.
The parties agree to the following amendment:
Item 3.Time of Performance:
Extends the time of completion from lune 30, 2017 to August 1, 2017.
In all other respects,the Scope of Work/Basic Services; City Responsibilities; Added
Services; Reimbursable Expenses; Insurance Requirements;Termination of Agreement;
Successors and Assigns; Non-Discrimination and Compliance with Federal, State and
Local laws; Arbitration; and Hold Harmless; and exhibits to the agreement shall remain
the same as agreed to in the original agreement.
This agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
