COMMENCEMENT DATE MEMORANDUM
THIS MEMORANDUM is made as of December 23,2015,by and between The City of Renton,a
Washington municipal corporation("Landlord"),and Attorney&Notary Supply of Washington,a Washington
Corporation("Tenant").
Recitals:
Landlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Lease,dated as of June 15,2015 (the"Lease")for certain
premises(the"Premises")consisting of approximately 2,024 rentable square feet with a common address of 200
Mill Avenue South, Suite 410, Renton Washington 98057-3232.
Tenant is in possession of the Premises and the Ter►n of the Lease has commenced.
Landlord and Tenant desire to enter into this Memorandum confirming the Commencement Date,the
Termination Date and other matters under the Lease.
NOW,THEREFORE, Landlord and Tenant agree as follows:
The actual Commencement Date is July 16,2015.
The actual Termination Date is October 31,2020.
The schedule of'Minimum Monthly Rent"set forth in the Lease is deleted in its entirety,and the following
is substituted therefor:

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Lease.
