Description of Work
The City of Renton desires to convert the one-way couplet system through downtown into a two-way street
system. To achieve this goal, the City must identity project principles and goals, prioritize project phasing,
determine urban design elements, and identify relative order of magnitude costs for funding purposes.
The Local Agency of Citv of Renton
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with KPG, Inc.
and executed on 11/23/2015 and identified as Agreement No. CAG-15-223
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: Change contract completion date from 03/31/2016 to 12/31/2016.
III
Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
No change
as set forth int eh attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
